Public browsing
Public pages can be read without a ChatGPT sign-in. The hosting service may process routine technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site.
Account data
When you choose to sign in, the site receives your ChatGPT account email address and optional display name. It stores an internal account record, status, timestamps, and one permanent Kingdom ID. The site never asks for or stores your ChatGPT password.
Information you submit
The site stores account preferences, Signal comments and reactions, direct messages, and professional inquiries that you deliberately submit. Inquiry records include name, email, selected service area, brief, consent time, and review status.
Universe Guide and Kimi
The floating guide always provides built-in navigation, contact controls, and curated project information. When the owner enables Kimi, a question you enter, the current site path, and limited recent guide context are transmitted to Moonshot AI's Kimi API to generate an answer. The site does not save guide chat transcripts to your account database. Do not enter passwords, API keys, payment information, or other sensitive data into the guide.
Purposes and disclosure
Data is used to operate account identity, restore preferences, support conversations, review inquiries, answer guide questions, prevent abuse, and maintain security and audit records. The site does not sell personal data. Private account records are not intentionally published.
Control and requests
Signed-in members can download the data currently associated with their account. For access, correction, or deletion questions, contact ryanking@ryanliketheking.com. Deletion and retention rules require final legal review before an automated deletion workflow is enabled.
